Inscription
Erected to the memory of James Davidson, Clementshill, who departed this life December 23rd 1828 aged 42 years. Also his beloved wife Jennet Davidson who died September 18th 1846 aged 62 years. Likewise their son James Davidson who died 4th June 1844 aged 27 years. And also their son John Davidson who died 11th July 1847 aged 27 years.
