Erected by James Whiteford, Woodford, Carrickfergus, 1876, in memory of his mother Jane who died 23rd March 1845 AE 82 years. His father Hugh who died 28th Sept. 1845 AE 83 years. His son John who died 20th Feby. 1839 AE 2 years. His son John who died 15th May 1851 AE 12 years. Also the above James Whiteford born Feby. 1800, died 1st June 1878. Mary, relict of above James Whiteford, died 10th Novr. 1892 aged 84 years. Also their son Hugh Whiteford who died 21st May 1919 aged 87 years. And his wife Jane Whiteford who died who died 25th Aug. 1885 aged 33 years.
